USPS Automation Experience
I operate the machine behind the software pitch.
High-speed package sorting, OCR, robotics, and live operations.
I work at the controls of the USPS Matrix East/West Sorter system during live production windows — sometimes eight hours a night — where package flow, scanner reads, automation faults, jams, routing, and throughput all matter in real time.
This is why my software work leans toward OCR recovery, telemetry, workflow routing, operator UX, and systems that keep working when the real world gets ugly.
